Who is it for?
Laser Facial is appropriate for any skin type and age. It is used primarily for those who wish to treat:
Signs of ageing and fine lines
Brown age spots
Freckles
Skin redness
Facial scarring
Some clients describe this treatment as warm and balmy, like warm raindrops on the skin. It is not painful and numbing cream is not used.
What does the Treatment
feel like?
This treatment takes around 40 minutes for the face, however a little longer if other modalities are used in combination.
Often our clients like to include the neck too which takes a further 20 minutes.
How long does
a Treatment take?
One of the major benefits of Laser Genesis is that there is no downtime.
In fact, most people are happy to resume their daily activities immediately after a treatment, or they plan Laser Genesis before a night out so their skin is looking fresh and vibrant.
Is there any Downtime?
A fortnightly/monthly course of six treatments are best suited for most situations. Fortnigthly intervals strongly recommended initially.
How many treatments
are needed?
In most cases, following a course of treatments the results should last 6-12 months with good skin management; through daily use of Active Skin care and sun protection.
This of course varies by individual, and the skin conditions which were targeted.
